Dr. Daniel Sanderson and Tana Frey use an easy-to-follow discussion format to unpack The Developmental Vacation® as a therapeutic model and training for parents of children with complex treatment needs. This training helps parents understand the developmental origins of their child's challenging behaviors and learn effective parenting strategies.
This course consists of approximately 10 Hours of video training, divided into 12 modules that last between 30 and 60 minutes each.
We want every student and participant to have a positive learning experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of our virtual curriculum, we offer a 10-day refund policy under the following terms:

Refunds will not be issued for:
Requests made after the 10-day period.
Situations where the majority of the curriculum has already been accessed or completed.
Purchases made through third-party platforms where their refund policy applies instead.
Technical issues on the user’s side (e.g., internet connection problems), unless we determine the curriculum platform was at fault and unable to be accessed.
3. Refund Process

Provide your full name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on access logs and usage records.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

No. While the contents of the Developmental Vacation Master Class is delivered by licensed mental health therapists, parent coaching focuses on strategies to implement the parenting strategies and principles seen in the Developmental Vacation Master Class, and is not considered mental health therapy.

Health insurance does not typically reimburse or pay for life coaching or parent coaching. However, an HSA, FSA, or Employer Assistance program may help reimburse the cost of individual or family coaching when conducted with a credentialed professional. Use a copy of your payment receipt for either the curriculum or coaching to submit for reimbursement. No diagnostic codes are provided.
Professional consultations are billed at the therapist coaching hourly rate, $125 per session per person.
Parent Group Coaching
Group Coaching, once purchased, is non-refundable.
Group Coaching may be renewed or cancelled at any time.
No refunds are offered for unused coaching time-slots.
Coaching sessions may not be recorded by users.
Coaching sessions include client confidentiality.
